Strep, COVID, Flu, RSV, Urinalysis, Blood Glucose, and more.

Additional labs may be ordered and must be completed at a laboratory.
These may incur extra fees not included in the visit.

For dehydration when oral hydration isn’t enough

Rocephin injectable / IV

Available at provider discretion

Incision/
Drainage of minor abscess

Minor laceration repair

Trephination

(release of pressure when blood is trapped under a nail)

Billing and payment info

All payments are due at the time of the visit.

Payments accepted via cash, credit, or debit card.

We do not accept any private or state insurance

We will provide a Superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Superbills include necessary details (diagnosis, procedure codes, etc.) that many providers require.
